How do i get an animated gif to work on my desktop in vista? It works fine on XP, but not good ol&#0

Turn on Active Desktop.

Add it to active desktop as an item, and have it cover the whole screen.

Lock it into place.

...Why do you want to do this anyway? It really slows things down.
