Are talk features available for Vista users in chat rooms?

For group meetings we have some users that have upgraded to Vista and their talk button is not availabe or working. Can you tell me why?

This is a well known issue for vista/yahoo users because at first voice isn't compatible. But if u go here there is the fix a lot of us are using to get it up and working, just make sure u install the codec fix AND the aug 21st yahoo update, then reboot or it wont work
