I dont know if thats possible, you would have to crypt the file using DOS (*disk based operating system*) , or somehow lock the file into memory etc...

Well buddy in simple terms, NO, but it is possible for you to configure your anti virus to put all the quarantined files in a folder. But I would suggest you switch on automatic full computer scanning, that will help
Do not do this, any attempt to move the files into or out of it may activate the virus. The virus vault used by AVG or Norton etc is a specially protected folder which prevents this.
