Sorry, I dont think that version of windows will have windows flip. You have to buy the vista home premium or ultimate. Sorry Vista is too cheap.

theres an icon in quick launch, when you hover your curser over it, it pops up ''switch between windows'' click it, and use your arrow keys to flip through them.
EDIT: Flip is part of Aero.

Adrian is right you don't have the vista version that includes Flip. The good news is go back to place of purchase and see if they have an update to the version of your choice. You can also try calling or email.
