you have to know exactly what your doing with a system modifying application....or your system will become unstable....always do a backup before letting system mechanic remove or modify any files....dont try to do too much at once...the rule is backup backup....other than that its a good suite....system mechanic 7 is vista compatible

System Mechanic is not meant to run on Windows Vista. The company did not focus on remaking the program just for Vista. TuneUp Utilities is much better and costs only $39.99 with free updates. If you really need a set of utilities, i would recommend TuneUp Utilities.
