works every time unless there is some very unusual virus on the system.

Download the following:

Windows Defender

AVG 7

AVG Anti-Spyware

Spybot Search and Destroy

Install, update and run.
If your computer is that messed up, I would reformat the drive, reinstall Windows and get an ANTIVIRUS and FIREWALL.
Get avast! anti-virus, and keep it runnng at all times. Don't open anything with the file extension .exe or .msi without first scanning it
try kaspersky it beats norton , mc affee , avg, it has auto update every 3 hour or depend on your suites,
dont go to porn sites remember an ounce of prevention.....
