In general, when attacked by viruses, cells?

maybe clarify your question and give some better detail. that might help you get your answer

In general, when attacked by viruses, cells?adware remover

the DNA or RNA of the virus enter the cell and is embodied in the nucleus' DNA ( if it's RNA it turns to DNA first) where it stays for some time deactivated. When the virus DNA is activated, it uses the cell's mechanisms to proliferate itself and produce new viruses. Once the viruses are produced , they destroy the host cell and attack others.

Are you getting this from MESAS? I'm doing it too and this exact question with the exact multiple choice answers was on the contest. I wasn't sure either, but I found the answer in my science textbook.
