Seriously, it's really annoying. Almost everything I do that message will pop up. Is there a way to disable it? and how? thanks

Open up Control Panel, and type in user account into the search box. You'll see the link for "Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off". Click it. Uncheck the box, and reboot your computer. You should be done with obnoxious prompts!

After you disable it, there will be a little red shield with an X in the bottom right corner. To get rid of it, you must visit the Windows Security Center, use the 鈥淐hange the Way Security Center Alerts Me鈥?link, and state that you don鈥檛 want to be notified of security issues.
